Opening hours
7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (low season closed on Sundays). Bicycles can be returned until 5 p.m.
Bicycles can only be returned at the rented location.

Deposit
Guests of Het Verscholen Dorp do not pay a deposit.

Insurance
The insurance covers the theft of the bike.
The excess for the customer is € 50.
In case of theft and if you have not taken out the insurance, then € 350 per bike will be charged. For E-bikes, € 1000 will be charged.
The customer will not have to pay an excess if he can present the key to the bike to Het Verscholen Dorp.
In case of theft, you are obliged to report it to the police. Het Verscholen Dorp will then receive a copy of your report.
Het Verscholen Dorp advises you to insure your bike.

Bicycle lock
Every bike has a lock. Always lock your bike and never leave the keys unattended in the bike. The Hidden Village will instruct you on the use of the lock.

General notes
When renting for 1 day, the bike must be returned no later than the next morning before 10:00 am.
Should there be any problems with the rented bike, please contact us. Het Verscholen Dorp does not reimburse third-party repairs.

Distribution of bicycles
You can pick up your rented bikes from 9:30 am at the reception of Het Verscholen Dorp. Of course, we can also inform you about the nicest routes and all kinds of tips about the area.
